Curb those stress behaviors and earn 12 CEUs while you are at it.

Nurses and advanced practice providers have been telling us about the many stress behaviors they commonly see in co-workers and themselves – like defensiveness, avoidance, micromanaging. We keep hearing them say they want to learn practical, actionable strategies to change how they react (or overreact) in high acuity situations, to lower their stress levels, and build resilience to live the life they value.

Ready to give your unit or department a validated, structured program to lower stress, strengthen resilience and boost team skills under pressure? We fill that gap. It’s so rewarding to be able to offer leaders and their unit exactly those tools. Self-paced tools that are being immediately applied by care teams.
Here’s the scoop on the credits side: Up to 12.0 professional CEs and 12.0 Interprofessional CEs – to healthcare workers, jointly with Postgraduate Institute for Medicine.

Here’s how it works: In bite-sized modules, in the flow of work, participants progress through the program at their own pace over 4-6 weeks, with ongoing support. The StressPal Frontline: Essential Resilience Self-Care and Burnout Prevention intervention program is readily accessible on any device, and offers learners a secure learning platform with strict anonymity and confidentiality (nickname only on sign-up) and no sharing of learner data. At completion of the core training, learners can opt to directly connect to Postgraduate Institute for Medicine’s CME University, to access their account (or set one up), complete the evaluation form, and claim their credits. Credits are included with the program, and no extra fees.
I’m easy to reach via our Contact page, and always glad to help.
